Drops nothing on resale, supports daily life when 4-5 people share the apartment. The third one is often just toilet + sink, 2-3 m², mechanically extracted, no daylight needed.
7×1 inverter or two 4×1 units typically. Master + bedroom 2 + bedroom 3 + bedroom 4 + living + kitchen + study = 7 indoor units. Outdoor unit on the terrace or rooftop subject to comunidad approval.
