Who we are
TrueHomeBuild is a Barcelona-based renovation company operating since 2018. We specialise in apartment and house renovation across all city districts, working with both local residents and international property owners.
Our team combines in-house craftsmen with vetted subcontractors — giving you a single point of contact for every phase: design, structural works, finishing, and engineering. Every project is managed by a dedicated site manager who coordinates tradespeople, tracks delivery schedules, and sends weekly photo reports.
We work primarily in Barcelona and surrounding municipalities: Badalona, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Sant Adrià de Besòs, El Prat de Llobregat, and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
How we approach our work
Fixed budget
We issue a detailed itemised estimate before work starts. Price changes only when the client requests scope changes — not because we misjudged materials.
Realistic timelines
We schedule work in phases, pre-order critical materials, and do not start a project we cannot resource properly. Delays happen — we communicate them early.
Single point of contact
One manager coordinates every subcontractor and supplier. You do not need to chase multiple teams or attend site daily.
Documented handover
Every project closes with a signed acceptance checklist, material article codes for future maintenance, and a warranty statement.
Remote ownership support
We work with owners based outside Barcelona. Weekly reports with photos, material approvals by messenger, and access coordination without your presence.
Permit navigation
When works require a construction licence or comunicació prèvia, we handle the paperwork and submission to Barcelona City Council on your behalf.
