TrueHomeBuild is a renovation company based on Passeig de Maragall in Barcelona. We've been operating since 2018, and every site we open is run by people on our payroll, not a sales office passing the work to the cheapest bidder.

Realistic timelines
Phased schedule, critical materials pre-ordered, no project starts before resourcing is confirmed. 94% of 2025 projects handed over on or before the contract date.

Single project lead
One person owns your renovation end-to-end. One phone number, one WhatsApp, one weekly photo report. The director signs every contract personally before work begins.

Documented handover
Every project closes with a signed acceptance checklist, material codes for future maintenance, written warranty (24-month workmanship + 10-year structural per LOE).

Remote-owner friendly
Roughly a third of our clients live abroad during the build. Weekly photo and video reports, WhatsApp video walk-throughs, key handover ready for occupancy or rental listing.

Permits and paperwork
Llicència d'obres, comunicació prèvia, neighbour notification, memòria tècnica — we file with the Ajuntament on your behalf. Power of attorney set up at our notary nearby.
