Acoustic and moisture diagnosis on the suspected zone. Pere identifies the leak point (or confirms it's not a leak — sometimes condensation), gives a fixed-price repair quote on the visit. Small fixes (tighten fittings, replace washer) done in the same visit at no extra cost.

Things owners ask before booking.
Often, yes — leaks travel laterally before showing up. Pere starts with acoustic detection from your side: turn off your stop-cock and listen at suspect joints. If your meter still spins, the leak is in your pipework. If it stops, it's the comunidad's riser. Diagnostic visit costs the same either way and gives you the proof for the comunidad meeting.
Three usual causes: a sag in the baixant section above your apartment, a partial root intrusion in the building's external drain, or a slowly-failing P-trap. Camera inspection (€80 extra) shows which one in 15 minutes. Snaking only treats the symptom — the recurring problem stays.
Water hammer over time loosens fittings and eventually causes a leak at the weakest joint (usually a 90° elbow). Cause: missing or failed water-hammer arrestor. Fix: install one near the source. €140-180 depending on accessibility. Five-minute job once we're on site.
