Mistakes at height cost more than ground-level mistakes. Weak anchorage, the wrong access method, or shrugging off the wind — every detail counts. We pick the method to fit the building and the task, not the other way round.

Facade washing & painting
Soft brush plus biocide for moss and bird residue. Silicate paint on stone, elastomeric on cement render. Sample-tested before the order.

Cargo hoisting
Beds, sofas, fridges through upper-floor windows when the stairs and lifts won't fit. Up to about 200 kg, two climbers, full rigging from roof or dedicated anchor.

Anchor systems & inspection
Permanent anchor lines (stainless or galvanised, EN 795), AC outdoor unit fitting on the facade, roof inspection with a photo report mapping every defect.

Window cleaning at height

Facade washing
Soft brush with biocide for the moss and bird mess that builds up on the north side. Pressure matched to the cladding.
Facade painting & repointing
Silicate paint on stone facades, elastomeric on cement render. Sample-test before committing the order.
Cargo hoisting through windows
Beds, sofas, fridges, anything that won't fit the stairwell or the lift. Up to 200 kg, two climbers, full rigging.
Permanent anchor systems
Stainless or galvanised, certified EN 795 so the building's maintenance team can come back to them later.
Roof inspection
Flashing, gutters, terrace waterproofing. Photo report with every defect mapped, not just a list.
AC unit installation
Outdoor condenser fixed to the facade with wind-rated brackets. Condensate drain into existing run, not a new hole.
Facade install & repair
Installation, sealing and local repair on render, brick and pre-fab panels. Works coordinated with the rope team.
Final inspection & report
Photo pack, list of operations, anchor cert numbers if installed, recommendations for the next inspection cycle.

Safety plan
Anchorage layout, exclusion zones, two-rope rule, sequence of operations. IRATA cert numbers in the contract.
Execution
Cleaning, hoisting, install, repair, sealing, intermediate checks. Pause if AEMET signals 6 Beaufort sustained.

Things owners ask before booking the climbers.
Yes, every climber on the rope team carries an active IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 ticket. We bring the cards to site and put the cert numbers on the estimate.
Yeah, we do those most weeks. We rig from the roof or a dedicated anchor, pad the window frame and put two climbers on the rope. Up to about 200 kg fits a standard Barcelona window. Send dimensions and we'll quote it.
Sure. Pure-water rinse only, no chemicals near the stone or the original metalwork. We sort the Districte permit if scaffolding access is restricted.
Spanish regulation pauses rope work above 6 Beaufort, about 39 km/h sustained. We watch the AEMET hourly forecast and reschedule rather than push through. Standing time on a stalled job is written into the contract, so nobody's surprised by it.
Most of the time, yes. Exclusion zone is set up at ground level, the rope work happens on the facade and the building stays accessible from inside.
