Multi-floor renovation has more moving parts than apartments — staircase coordination, garden integration, basement waterproofing, attic envelope, pool surround, garage drainage. We run them all under one contract with one project lead, instead of three separate contractors who don't talk to each other.

Multi-floor sequencing
Floors are renovated top-down for dust, bottom-up for plumbing, simultaneously for electrics. A bad sequence — staircase finished before the upstairs strip-out — means the brand-new staircase becomes a debris highway. We run the sequence at survey, not «adjust on site».

Garden + outdoor integrated
Sliding glass to garden, level continuity (no step-down at French doors), drainage profile so the patio doesn't flood the living-room in October, exterior lighting on the same circuit logic. Pool surround, BBQ corner, pergola — designed and built in the same contract.

Basement, attic, garage usable
Basement gym/cellar with proper ventilation and drainage. Attic guest room with thermal envelope (insulation + ventilation). Garage with EV charger circuit and workbench wall. Houses come with extra m² that often go unused — we make them count.
