Background and specialism.
Xavi is the rope-access lead. He holds an active IRATA Level 3 ticket — the highest individual cert, which qualifies him to supervise other climbers on site and sign off on rigging plans. He runs our facade reform, window cleaning, AC unit install, anchor system and cargo-hoist work, and manages the AEMET weather window for every rope job we have on the calendar.
