Roger is the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordinator. He sequences the first-fix on every project so the trades do not stand on each other, runs the pressure test on the plumbing at 6 bar for 30 minutes, and signs off the electrical first-fix before the plasterer arrives.
