Hiring for the in-house team — Spanish-registry electricians and plumbers, foremen with 8+ years of Barcelona renovation experience, project managers fluent in English and Spanish. Permanent contracts, paid training, weekly photo-report tooling. We don't subcontract — everyone on site is on our payroll.

Most Barcelona renovation companies subcontract everything — every project is a new crew. We do the opposite: in-house team of 16, contract employment, paid training, and the projects come to you instead of you chasing day-rates. Different bargain.

Paid training and registration
Carnet d'instalador renewal paid by us. REBT 2024 update training paid. Designer-tier projects mean access to better materials and more interesting work. Master tradesmen on the team mentor newer joiners — Joan and Pere take apprentices.

Steady pipeline, not feast-or-famine
200+ projects since 2018, 94% of 2025 work from owners we'd worked with. You don't sit waiting for the next project — there's always one starting. Schedule visible 4-6 months out, holidays planned in advance.

Tooling and process
Weekly photo report from your phone (template provided). Material ordering through our supplier accounts (you don't pay upfront). Insurance covers tools and equipment. Maragall office for material sessions, joint workshop one floor below.

Master electrician (Barcelona)
Carnet d'Instalador required, REBT 2024 trained, 10+ years residential experience. €2.400-3.200 net/month + bonus. Apply: hr@truehomebuild.com
Joining Joan's electrical bench. Domestic rewires, panel upgrades, EV-charger installs, smart-home backbone. Designer-tier projects in Sarrià and Pedralbes are common — KNX experience valued.

Foreman (Eixample / Gràcia)
8+ years Barcelona site experience required. Spanish + Catalan or Spanish + English fluent. €2.800-3.600 net/month + bonus. Apply: hr@truehomebuild.com
Daily site lead on 2-3 active projects in central Barcelona. Photo-report ownership, snag-list closure, supplier coordination, owner-facing communication. Pre-war building experience essential — cast-iron baixants, mosaic tile.

Project manager (English/Spanish)

Leading 4-6 active projects with overseas owners as primary clients (UK, Germany, Switzerland, US). Material session via Zoom, weekly video walkthroughs, snag walks via local rep. Construction Spanish vocabulary essential.

Master plumber bench
Spanish-registry plumber, 5+ years experience, PEX-AL-PEX press fittings + cast-iron baixant work. €2.200-2.900 net/month + bonus. Apply: hr@truehomebuild.com
Joining Pere's plumbing bench. Domestic rewiring of plumbing, baixant rerouting, pressure testing, butlletí del aigua signing. Pre-war Eixample experience essential — cast-iron baixant joinery.

Interview at Maragall
One hour at the Maragall office with Vladimir (director) and the relevant team lead — Joan for electrical, Pere for plumbing, Albert for foreman roles. Practical questions about a real project, not philosophy.
03
Site visit + offer
Half-day at an active site shadowing the team you'd join. Observe how we work, ask about anything. Offer with contract draft within 5 working days after the site visit.
04
Start within 30 days
Start date typically 4-6 weeks after offer accepted (gives time to finish notice with current employer). Onboarding week with Vladimir, then assigned to your first project.
