How long does renovation take?
Cosmetic renovation — 2–4 weeks. Major renovation — 2–4 months. Designer renovation — 2–5 months. Exact timelines depend on the room area and complexity of works.
Can we start without a design project?
Yes, you can start without a design project. We can help with a sketch or develop a design project according to your wishes. For major and designer renovation, a design project is recommended.
How to control the renovation process?
Through personal account on the website: photo reports, comments. You can visit the site at any time. The foreman is always in touch and regularly sends photo reports every 3–5 days.
Is it necessary to approve the layout changes?
Yes, layout changes need to be approved with local authorities. We have lawyers who will help collect documents and approve changes in accordance with Spanish legislation.
What is the warranty on renovation?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all performed works. The warranty covers the quality of works and installed materials (provided that materials recommended by us are used).
Do you work on weekends?
We work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. We do not perform works on weekends, but can agree on urgent works by arrangement.
Is it possible to pay in parts?
Yes, we work in stages. We break down renovation into stages, payment is made upon completion of each stage. This is convenient and transparent for the client.
Which areas of Barcelona do you serve?
We work within a radius of ~23 km from Barcelona. We serve areas: Eixample, Gràcia, Sant Martí, Les Corts, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barri Gòtic, El Raval, Poble Sec, Sants, Nou Barris, Horta-Guinardó, Ciutat Vella, Diagonal Mar. We also work in Badalona, Hospitalet de Llobregat and other areas of Catalonia by agreement.
